Bright Full-range Tone That Really Lasts

Elixir Acoustic Nanoweb strings don't just sound great, their micro-thin coating keeps them sounding better for a lot longer than average strings. If you want to keep your guitar tone consistently great day in and day out, put on a set of Elixir Acoustic Nanoweb strings. Their coating actually cuts down on unnecessary finger friction. You'll be amazed at how long they last! Fewer string changes means having to buy strings less often.

80/20 bronze brings out full-range sound

Elixir's 80/20 Bronze strings are made of 80% soft copper and 20% durable zinc, presenting a smooth full-range tone that's extremely popular with acoustic guitar players of all styles. In fact, 80/20 bronze strings are really popular with Sweetwater guitarists playing rosewood, ovangkol, and even maple guitars for the fullness and depth they provide. And with Elixir's Nanoweb coating, these 80/20 bronze keep their vibrant tone longer than conventional strings.

Elixir Nanoweb 80/20 Bronze Acoustic Strings Features:

  • Nanoweb coating provides an uncoated feel and natural sound
  • Special full-string coating prevents grime from collecting between the coils and deadening your sound
  • Extra-long-life coating lasts far longer than typical coatings
  • 80/20 bronze brings out the full range and brightness of your guitar
  • An ideal string for bringing out the rich character and air of rosewood, ovangkol, and other full-range acoustic guitars

Excellent customer service!

I recently ordered these guitar strings. The package was opened when I received it. I called Chris Shura who quickly sent me a replacement set of strings.
I am pleased and impressed with Chris's and Sweetwater's dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be making my future purchases from them.

Elixir!

I gotta be honest, but I've done the nanowebs for ages until I found the polywebs. Sounded similar except they went mellow way faster than the nanowebs. About a month with the Polys on my guitar, the tone was about gone and they were corroded and ripped up. I hear they were supposed toast longer than the nanowebs but ill be honest I've had the nanos on for 4 years and they weren't even close to be changed. Plus I really miss the nano sound because they sounded more vibrant, detailed and active. Ill be going back to these again praise God!

Excellent!

I can wear out and corrode plain strings in two days...these last me 3 months solid...I could get even more but I like to change them every three months.

Whoa! They last a long time!

These strings shipped on a Yamaha Parlor guitar I bought 18 months ago. I've been playing my resonators exclusively for over a year. I just got around to playing my parlor again and the strings are still bright, fresh and in tune. Amazing.

Far Less String Squeak

Whilst using another brand of "treated" strings, I had excessive string squeak with my acoustic-electric guitar (admittedly, much of the noise indicates that my playing technique needs improvement). The squeaking was especially annoying when I plugged in to play or record. Now that I have switched to Elixer Nanoweb phosphor-bronse strings, the squeaking has been significantly reduced. Elixir strings have made me a very happy player.
